CARE
Basic Care:
It's normal for natural raw wool to contain small fibres during weaving, which may surface over time. Don't worry; it's typical for new wool rugs to experience some fibre loss initially, which will diminish with time. To maintain its quality, regularly vacuum the rug.
Stain Treatment:
For liquid stains, act quickly to prevent them from drying. Use paper towels to blot the stain, then apply a mild shampoo to clean it. If unsure, professional dry cleaning is the best option for effective stain removal without damaging the rug.
Return & Exchange Policy:
• 14-day return/exchange window after delivery
• Custom orders not eligible for return/exchange
• Buyer covers return shipping
• Item must be returned in original condition/packaging
• Buyer responsible for any loss in item's value upon return
